Headlines that decode themselves. Each letter cycles through cipher glyphs then locks into place in a cascade. Zero dependencies, pure DOM, a few kilobytes. The hard part is solved: every letter's width is frozen on its final glyph and re-measured once your webfont loads, so the line never jitters or reflows while it decodes. Trigger on scroll, immediately, or on hover, and let visitors re-scramble any letter by pointing at it. Full type control through Framer's font picker, custom glyph set, separate colour for the encrypted state, adjustable per-letter duration and cascade delay. Respects prefers-reduced-motion and renders static text inside the editor so your canvas stays fast.
