Editorial Reveal breaks CJK lines at phrase boundaries instead, then raises each line from below with a soft blur.

Most reveal-text components break lines the way English breaks them: at spaces. Japanese and Chinese have no spaces, so the browser breaks wherever the box runs out of room, and a phrase splits in half — 東京都の家賃 / は高すぎる. Editorial Reveal breaks CJK lines at phrase boundaries instead, then raises each line from below with a soft blur. Latin text is left alone and keeps normal word wrapping. Phrase-aware line breaking for Japanese and Chinese. No dictionary, no network request. Line-by-line rise, with duration, delay, stagger, rise distance and blur as controls. Plays once on enter, or every time the text re-enters the viewport. Font, colour, alignment and line height are ordinary Framer controls. Zero dependencies. Nothing is loaded from outside your site. Built by KHZ ART, a Tokyo studio that sets Japanese type on the web.
