Videos play as they reach the centre. Frames scroll continuously; as one reaches the centre it stops, its video plays, and the strip eases away. The motion is modelled, not tweened — velocity hits exactly zero at the exact centre, so there's no snap and no overshoot. ⚙ ︎ Five groups of controls: Items, Layout, Motion, Playback and Label — sizing, speed, easing, timing, crossfade and a fully styled label pill. 🎬 Only 4 videos stay live at once whatever the screen, so iOS Safari copes. Off-screen everything pauses. A stalled clip is skipped, not frozen. Frames scale with the container, from 320px to ultrawide. 💡 Use H.264 MP4 — Safari on iOS doesn't reliably support WebM.
