Summary

A split-screen scroll gallery

Description

A split-screen scroll gallery, stripped down to pure image motion. Purus is a two-column scroll gallery built for portfolios, lookbooks, and editorial sites where the images should carry the whole story. Each slide splits into a full-bleed left image and a framed, boxed right image on its own background color panel no titles, tags, or links competing for attention. Just photography, in motion. How it moves As you scroll, each slide reveals the next with a directional clip-path wipe left and right columns peel apart from opposite edges, drifting and gently zooming as they settle into place. It's a controlled, editorial reveal rather than a hard cut or a fade. Two scroll behaviors, switchable in one property: Pinned - the gallery locks to the viewport, plays through your slides once as the user scrolls, then releases back into the normal page flow. Use this when the gallery is one section among others. Infinite - the gallery captures scroll input while the cursor is over it and loops through your slides endlessly. Built for galleries that are the whole page, not just a section.
