Cursor-reactive scroll text ticker

An infinitely scrolling text ticker where individual characters lift and scale up as the cursor passes near them — computed live per-character every frame from real cursor position, not a canned hover animation. Direct DOM writes (no React re-renders per character) keep it smooth at full frame rate even with long repeated phrases. This is the effect seen on high-end studio/agency hero sections for taglines like "AVAILABLE FOR WORK" — Framer has no native primitive for per-character cursor-proximity distortion.
