3D tilt with glare and spotlight

A 3D tilt card for Framer: a card that leans toward the pointer, with glare and a following spotlight. Drop any Framer frame inside it. Maximum angle, perspective, hover scale, spring stiffness and damping, glare colour, opacity and size, spotlight, shadow lift, radius and a border sheen are all controls. What the free ones skip is everything that is not a mouse. It does not tilt for a touch pointer, where a finger cannot hover and the effect only fights the scroll. Keyboard focus applies a gentle preset tilt, so the card is not dead to someone tabbing through. A visitor who has asked for reduced motion keeps the scale and loses the tilt. It listens on its own box rather than on the window, so a page carrying twelve of them is not carrying twelve window listeners. After purchase you receive the component URL.
