A minimal hover interaction that rotates the target layer for a crisp, tactile feel. Works well on buttons, logos, thumbnails, and cards. Uses hardware-accelerated transforms for smooth motion, includes a visible focus state, and respects “prefers-reduced-motion.” Responsive by default and plays nicely with light/dark themes.
