Important Setup Note (X Privacy Settings) Be sure to enable your X privacy settings correctly, or users won't be able to message you. Go to: Settings → Privacy → Chats and set it to either: Everyone : anyone can send you messages Verified users : only verified/premium users can send messages If this setting is set to None , no one will be able to send you messages from the widget. Make sure you enable either Everyone or Verified users depending on who you want to receive messages from.
