Why the dark theme matters

Framer sites carry two colour values for every style, one per theme. A checker that reads only the active theme misses half your site. Ally resolves both and reports each failing theme separately, with the ratio it measured and a colour that passes.

What it fixes

Image descriptions are written into the document with one click, and undo works.

Colour never changes automatically: it is a design decision, and a shared style reaches beyond one layer. Ally proposes a value that passes and leaves the choice to you. Heading levels are reported, not changed — Framer does not let a plugin rewrite a heading tag yet.

Ally reads colour through Framer's text styles; a colour typed directly onto a layer is out of reach of every plugin, so Ally skips it rather than guess.

Pro is unlocked with a licence key emailed after purchase. No account, no sign-in. The key is checked on activation and occasionally after, and works 14 days offline. Unlink it to move it to another computer. Ally sends no analytics and no page content anywhere — the licence check is its only network request.

Honest limits

No automatic tool can certify WCAG compliance, and Ally does not claim to. Keyboard order, screen reader behaviour, text over images and whether your alt text is good still need a person.
