A customer browses a category, picks a colour, adds to their bag, applies a promo code, chooses a delivery method and places an order — and the order reaches you, while they get their own confirmation automatically. It captures the order; the money is taken by your own payment link — Stripe, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, or whichever gateway works in your country. Every order lands in your sheet with an empty "Paid?" column to tick off. That suits made-to-order, deposits, invoices, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
